Violators may face:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent IP ban
- Civil litigation
- Injunctive relief
- Monetary damages
- Reporting to federal authorities under applicable computer misuse laws
5. Fraud & Criminal Conduct
Any involvement in:
- Marriage scams
- Identity fraud
- Extortion
- Blackmail
- Financial exploitation
Will result in:
- Permanent termination
- Cooperation with law enforcement
- Possible civil claims for damages
6. Section 230 Notice
NRI Hearts is an interactive computer service provider under 47 U.S.C. § 230. We are not liable for content posted by users but reserve the right to remove content violating these Terms.
7. DMCA Compliance
